Ryan shared this story with me when I got home from work today. It just amazes me how much Natalie's vocabulary and language skills have exploded since Christmas!
While outside playing today, Natalie and Daddy were in the yard when suddenly Natalie stopped and said, "Oooo, look, I see kite" and then began running towards a kite in the sky. She was on her tip-toes reaching her hands up in the air and began grunting out of frustration and said "Uh oh, too high". Daddy said back to her, "I know, I can't reach it" and she paused and then said, "I can't reach it either" and then ran over to Daddy and said "pick up" because she wanted to get higher up and closer to the kite. She reached her arms up in the air towards it again.
Then she said "Momma reach it?" and Daddy had to tell her "No, Momma can't reach it either, it's too high."
